About the Opportunity

The Learning Architect is a high-impact role within SweetRush’s Client Solutions department—the team that drives business development and shapes the vision for new training projects.

At its core, this is a proposal strategy and master storytelling role. You will be responsible for crafting winning, tailored proposals across a variety of formats—whether you are designing a compelling narrative for a creative presentation deck or injecting SweetRush’s unique voice and culture into detailed RFP responses.

To do this well, you'll leverage deep instructional design expertise and a marketing-minded approach to paint a picture of what's possible — showcasing our innovative and creative offerings. We're looking for someone who excels at balancing meticulous, detail-oriented writing with a captivating narrative — someone who knows how to make clients feel heard, understood, and genuinely excited to partner with SweetRush.

Contract Type: Full-Time Employment

Start Date: July 2026Salary: $85,000

SweetRush is a remote organization, and as such, all resources must be technically savvy, have access to a strong internet signal, be comfortable with virtual/instant messaging and conferencing tools, and generally be available during established working hours.
