We are looking for an experienced lawyer with fluent English who will analyze large amounts of information and provide legal support for the company.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
• Drafting and legal review of contracts, addenda with counterparties, employment agreements, service agreements, and other legal documents
• Verifying that draft contracts and other documents provided by counterparties comply with applicable legislation
• Providing legal support for the conclusion, performance, and termination of contracts
• Developing internal contract templates (standard forms)
• Preparing user agreements and offer agreements for software, applications, and services developed within the company
• Overseeing the operational activities of the group of companies
• Drafting, reviewing, and approving contracts and other documentation for new business ideas
• Collaborating with business and product teams to better understand key business objectives and help them develop compelling product and solution offerings
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
• Higher legal education (law degree)
• At least 3 years of legal practice, with a focus on corporate law
• At least 1 year of legal practice in an IT company
• English at Advanced level or higher (language proficiency certificates are a plus)
• Energy, experience working in a multitasking environment, flexibility, structured thinking, and attention to details
