Join our dedicated team at Growth Mindset Counseling Center as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). In this full-time remote position based in Fresno, California, you will play a crucial role in supporting students' mental health and well-being within a school setting. Key Responsibilities
• Provide individual and group therapy to students, addressing various mental health challenges.
• Collaborate with educators and school staff to develop and implement student support plans.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' needs and progress.
• Facilitate workshops and training for staff and parents on mental health awareness and resources.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all ethical and legal guidelines.
Required Qualifications
• Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.
• Current LCSW license in California.
• Strong understanding of mental health issues affecting children and adolescents.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a school environment is preferred but not mandatory.
