As we continue to grow, with locations in New Jersey and Maryland, we're looking for a Licensed Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist to strengthen client relationships, drive cross-sales, and contribute to our agency's growth. **What You'll Do** As a Licensed Inside Sales & Customer Service Specialist, your role will blend inside sales with exceptional client support, helping existing customers with their policies while identifying opportunities to expand their coverage. Your ability to build relationships, educate clients, and maximize every interaction will be key to your success. **Key Responsibilities:** * Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls: Assist policyholders with their insurance needs while proactively identifying cross-sales opportunities. * Drive Inside Sales & Cross-Sales: Recommend additional policies and coverage options, ensuring clients have the best protection possible.
