Commissions + Hourly + Residual + No Chargebacks We are seeking experienced Life Insurance Agents who specialize in Final Expense sales, and thrive in a fast paced, high intensity, call center environment. This job is for those who want to build a REAL CAREER. Agents are able to earn money upfront, while also building a a long-term book of business at the same time! MUST HAVE FINAL EXPENSE TELESALES EXPERIENCE WITHIN PAST 3 YEARS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS POSITION. THIS IS A HIGH VOLUME SALES POSITION YOU WILL BE EXPECTED TO CLOSE 2+ SALES PER DAY. You will receive free consumer initiated inbound calls all day long, with no limit on the amount of calls you can take. We are providing every opportunity for agents to close between 12-20 sales per week, which should clear about $90,000 - $140,000 in income per year + residual! Our pay scale is designed to incentivize hard workers who write good business, and disincentivize those who are just looking for an hourly paycheck. We are seeking HARD WORKERS who want to build a sustainable and fulfilling career in life insurance. Our work environment is an extremely positive team-oriented atmosphere, filled with motivated individuals looking to bring in as many sales as they can for the week. We provide full training and full management, which is entirely designed to help you write more business! We expect people who are willing to truly put in the work. Hard workers thrive here, while people who are just looking for your typical hourly call center sales job, will fall off very quickly. • Hours - 9-7 EST M-F • Computer and headset required • Final Expense tele sales experience required • Life Insurance License required Pay 4% of written premium each month of the first three months that the consumer remains on the books (12%). Between $12.50- and $20 per hour, based on how much premium you write for the week (45 hours). No Chargebacks! You get paid roughly 4% of the annual premium for each of the first 3 months that the consumer is active. Tail/residual revenue! - Company will pass through 10% of the year two revenue received from the carrier for the written policy on to you, the agent! You get to earn money up front while also creating residual income streams. Top agents should be earning $130,000 + Year 1, and $160,000 + Year 2. Bottom tier agents will make very little, only apply if you are serious about putting in the work to build a career!
