Medicare Sales Agent (Licensed) Retail Kiosk Locations – Walmart (Assigned Territory)- Must Reside in the state of Utah Position Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, or Seasonal (AEP / OEP) Engagement Type: 1099 Position Overview We are seeking licensed Medicare Sales Agents who want to run and operate their own Medicare business. You will own your book of business and receive renewals on everything you sell. Access to a national carrier footprint within high-traffic Walmart retail locations. In this role, agents will proactively engage shoppers, educate Medicare-eligible beneficiaries on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Prescription Drug Plans and ancillary products and assist with enrollments during AEP, OEP, and applicable Special Enrollment Periods (SEPs). This is a high-visibility, sales-driven position ideal for individuals who are confident initiating conversations, excel in fast-paced retail environments, and are committed to compliant, needs-based, consultative selling. National Carrier Footprint Agents will represent a broad national carrier portfolio, including but not limited to: • Aetna • UnitedHealthcare (UHC) • Wellcare / Centene • Devoted Health • Molina Healthcare • Zing Health • SCAN Health Plan • HCSC (Blue Cross Blue Shield plans) • Anthem • Humana This diversified carrier offering enables agents to deliver objective, needs-based recommendations aligned with each beneficiary’s healthcare needs, provider access, and financial considerations. Key Responsibilities • Staff a designated Medicare information kiosk within assigned Walmart locations • Proactively and professionally engage shoppers in a CMS-compliant manner • Educate Medicare-eligible individuals on Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, Part D and ancillary plan options • Conduct comprehensive needs-based consultations and recommend appropriate plans • Complete enrollments using approved tools, systems, and carrier platforms • Schedule follow-ups and maintain an active and organized prospect pipeline • Meet or exceed established sales activity and enrollment goals • Maintain strict adherence to CMS, carrier, and company compliance guidelines • Accurately track daily leads, enrollments, and sales activity Required Qualifications • Active Health Insurance License (Life & Health) • Medicare certification (AHIP and applicable carrier certifications), or willingness to obtain • Sales or customer-facing experience preferred • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Comfort initiating conversations in a retail environment • Basic technical proficiency (tablet use, CRM systems, online enrollment tools) • Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts Preferred Qualifications • Prior Medicare sales experience (retail, field, or call center) • Experience working in high foot-traffic environments • Bilingual capabilities (Spanish preferred) Compensation • 1099 commission-based compensation structure • High-foot-traffic locations providing consistent lead flow • Flexible scheduling with seasonal and potential year-round opportunities Why Join Us • No cold calling — engage warm, walk-up consumers • Access to leading national Medicare carriers • Established retail presence with strong brand visibility • Clear growth pathways as the kiosk program expands into new markets Pay: $65,702.38 - $100,000.00 per year Benefits: • Flexible schedule Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
