Life Sciences Supply Chain and Manufacturing Lawyer

Job Description: • Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial contracts specific to the medical device industry, including supply chain agreements, SaaS, IT, and procurement contracts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including procurement, IT, supply chain, and business development, to support the company's commercial objectives. • Develop and implement best practices for contract management and risk mitigation. • Assist in resolving contractual disputes and provide advice on risk assessment and management. • Stay informed about industry trends and legal developments to proactively address potential impact on the business. • Provide strategic legal guidance to internal stakeholders on contract-related issues and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Requirements: • Minimum of 5 years of in-house legal experience within the life sciences industry, preferably with a focus on medical devices. • Proven expertise in SaaS, IT, procurement, and supply chain contract management. • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and commercial contracting within the med device industry. • Excellent negotiation, drafting, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex legal concepts to non-legal stakeholders. • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Active admission to practice law in your state of primary residence.
