About the Role
We are continuing to grow our remote travel support team and are looking for individuals who enjoy working with people, coordinating details, and helping create meaningful vacation experiences. As a Lifestyle Travel Advisor, you will assist clients in shaping and organizing personalized trips, guiding them through options, and supporting them from initial planning through final confirmation.
This position is well suited for individuals who enjoy client interaction, structured organization, and learning about a wide range of destinations and travel styles. Whether planning relaxing resort stays, cruises, or international itineraries, you'll play a key role in helping travelers bring their plans together in a smooth and stress-free way. Full training and ongoing support are provided.
Key Responsibilities
Assist clients in planning travel arrangements including hotels, flights, cruises, transfers, tours, and activities
Help evaluate destination choices based on traveler preferences, timing, and budget
Provide suggestions and practical guidance to support informed travel decisions
Communicate with clients using email, phone, messaging platforms, and online tools
Coordinate reservation details and confirmations with travel suppliers
Maintain accurate and organized records of itineraries and client information
Stay up to date on travel opportunities, seasonal offers, and destination highlights
Support clients through each stage of the planning and booking process
What We're Looking For
Interest in travel services, hospitality, or client support work
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple requests
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with online platforms
Must be at least 18 years old
Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved region
No prior travel industry experience required full onboarding is provided
