Job description: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Live Chat Agent to join our team. As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our patients through our online chat platform. This role plays a crucial part in ensuring a positive experience for our patients and maintaining our reputation for excellence in dental care.Responsibilities:
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide support through live chat
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and resolving billing inquiries
- Provide information on dental services and procedures
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient interactions
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures a plus
- Proficiency in typing and using chat platforms
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Empathy and patience when dealing with patients
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Expected salary: $25 - 27 per hour
