Role description
GuyKat has a vacancy for an LMS Platform Analyst on their Platform Enablement Team (PET), working primarily with our long-term Learning Management System (LMS) partner, Docebo. If you know Docebo, perfect. If you don't know Docebo but know another LMS, no problem, Docebo is easy to learn.
This role is to offer a professional premium support engagement with GuyKat clients and partners who have adopted Docebo as their Learning Management System (LMS). Whilst the role focuses on inbound queries and day-to-day administrative support, from time-to-time you will be required to attend virtual/face-to-face client calls to deliver training on Docebo (including new features & functionality), project management and regular engagement calls.
We are looking for people who aspire to become client-facing LMS experts. 'Analysts' is a deliberately broad term. Rather than have a rigid job spec and try and find the perfect candidate for that, we'll hire useful people and design the detail of the job around the skills they bring. These skills may include one, some or all of the following:
Ideal Key skills we're seeking (we're open to working with the right people whilst they learn them):
• Experience of implementing an LMS
• Ninja-like LMS administration skills - and ability to think of workarounds to meet clients use-cases
• Ability to demo and sell an LMS
• Deep technical knowledge about SCORM, xAPI or integrating LMS to other systems via APIs
• Ability to train people in using our LMS
Regardless of how you fit with the above, you MUST have:
• Proven experience working on commercial eLearning Projects (business focussed, not academic)
• Great communication skills. The plan is to grow the candidate into a client-facing role. You must be able to build a good relationship with clients in different industries.
• Intellectual curiosity and a willingness to learn every day
• Excellent time and project management skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a small team.
• Graduate or postgraduate from ANY discipline.
