Associate Therapist (LPC Associate / MFT Associate)
Location: Oregon (Telehealth)
Compensation: $85/hour bi-weekly pay with rest of split when insurance claims are paid(1099 Contractor Position)

Job Summary
We are seeking Associate Licensed Professional Counselors (LPC Associates) and Marriage & Family Therapist Associates (MFT Associates) to join our growing practice. The ideal candidate is compassionate, motivated, and eager to provide high-quality mental health services to diverse populations, including children, adolescents, and adults.
This role is a 1099 contractor position with flexible scheduling and full telehealth practice support.
Responsibilities
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on client needs and goals.
• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy (e.g., CBT, DBT, EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, motivational interviewing).
• Facilitate individual, couples, and family counseling sessions.
• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Maintain clear, timely, and compliant clinical documentation in line with HIPAA and insurance requirements.
• Collaborate with a supportive team and participate in consultation/supervision.
• Utilize telehealth platforms to deliver accessible care statewide.
Qualifications
• Current Oregon licensure as an LPC Associate or MFT Associate (required).
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Marriage & Family Therapy, or related field.
• Strong clinical skills in working with diverse populations.
• Experience (or interest) in trauma-informed care, EMDR, CBT, grief counseling, or family systems therapy is preferred.
• Comfortable working in a telehealth environment.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and documentation skills.
Compensation & Benefits
• $80-$130 per client hour (Depending on insurance billed)
