We are seeking a Mail Services Specialist to support our HQ-Mailroom. As a Mailroom Specialist in the Global Real Estate and Facilities team, you will be supporting approximately 50+ locations. The role plays a vital part within the shipping and receiving department here at HQ. This position offers opportunities for growth and development, with frequent interactions with executives and ICF staff.This role is based in our office in Reston, VA reporting to ICF’s Manager of HQ Mail Services & Facilities.As the Mail Services Specialist, you will:

• Receive incoming USPS and overnight courier mail/parcels.
• Sort and distribute all incoming mail, same day of receipt.
• Resolve issues with incorrect, returned mail.
• Pickup outgoing mail from mail stops and apply correct postage.
• Processing all requests for shipping, preparing all outgoing packages
• Communicating with all employees, hybrid, remote and on-site.
• Working with all vendors, FedEx, UPS, DHL, Stamps.com, USPS, Couriers

• Communicating with Postmasters in all regions
• Working with Customs to clear for International packages.
• Ensure office is adequately stocked with mail supplies.
• Respond appropriately to urgent requests/issues as needed.
• Ability to bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Collaborate with Facilities Team.
• Any and all other duties and tasks assigned
• Support various internal departments with shipping detail history receipts and various tasks.
• Monitor general mailroom email and respond effectively to employees/client requests.
• Maintains records, prepare forms, verifies information and resolves routine problems.
• Process and review mail services vendor invoices weekly online

• Verify to ensure accuracy.
• Conducting research as needed
• Receiving all Purchase Order Request.

Basic Qualifications:

• High School degree is desirable.
• 2+ years of experience in Corporate Mail Services.
