As the Manager – Customer Targeting & Eligibility List Consultant, you will sit at the heart of careerzynith’s Enterprise Customer Engagement Solutions (ECES) team, a critical component of the larger Enterprise Communications and Martech Experiences (ECMX) organization. ECES partners with US, International, and Merchant businesses to design and execute precise customer targeting and eligibility strategies for marketing campaigns. This role is dedicated to supporting the US Marketing organization, helping it deliver relevant offers to both Consumer and Commercial customers.
Role Overview
In this position, you will act as a trusted advisor to marketing leaders, guiding them through the complexities of data‑driven targeting, eligibility verification, and campaign execution. You will be the subject‑matter expert on the end‑to‑end targeting process, ensuring that every list is accurate, compliant, and delivered on time. Your expertise will drive efficiencies, automate repetitive tasks, and elevate the overall quality of careerzynith’s marketing initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Consultation: Partner with marketing teams to develop targeting and eligibility strategies for benefit reinforcement, spend‑driven campaigns, and new product launches.
