As the Manager of HR Shared Services, you will play a crucial role in supporting our organization's HR functions and shaping the employee experience. We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative individual with a proven track record of success in managing HR shared services operations. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize shared services processes and procedures. Ensure the efficient and accurate delivery of HR services, including but not limited to payroll, benefits, and employee relations. Monitor and maintain service level agreements and key performance indicators to meet and exceed department goals. Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements for enhanced efficiency and customer satisfaction. Stay updated on industry best practices and trends to continually enhance HR shared services offerings. Act as a subject matter expert on HR policies, procedures, and regulations. Partner with HR leadership to develop and implement strategies for attracting, retaining, and developing top talent. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to HR operations. Drive a positive and inclusive employee experience by promoting a culture of open communication, respect, and collaboration. Prepare and present reports on HR shared services performance and trends to senior leadership. Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by employees regarding HR shared services. Manage the budget and resources for the HR shared services department. Foster a culture of continuous learning and development for the HR shared services team.
