Role Overview
As Manager, NRC Pricing & Cost Management, you will own the development, governance, and visibility of non-recurring cost (NRC) estimates across customer solutions. This role exists to ensure customer-specific scope is clearly defined, accurately priced, and consistently tracked through execution.
What You Will Do
Develop ROM, budgetary, and detailed NRC estimates for customer-specific scope, translate technical requirements into clear cost assumptions, and partner with Solutions Engineering to support pricing strategy and customer discussions.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in estimating, project controls, cost engineering, or related roles
- Experience working with customer-specific scope, capital cost estimates, or change management
- Strong understanding of cost modeling, budgeting, and project cost tracking
- Experience collaborating across engineering, construction, and commercial teams
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Experience supporting preconstruction or capital planning activities
- Background in MEP construction and estimating
