Job Description:
• Support the end-to-end design and evolution of Provider Operations workflows
• Define and standardize how work gets done across the Provider Growth organization
• Define and lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives
• Set direction, align stakeholders, and ensure scalable implementation
• Translate operational needs into scalable system and tooling improvements
• Drive a culture of operational excellence by standardizing processes, documentation, and best practices
• Identify systemic inefficiencies and design solutions across people, process, and technology to improve scalability, consistency, and provider experience
Requirements:
• 4+ years of proven experience using analytics to solve complex business or operational problems across multiple teams
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a quantitative field
• Exceptional problem-solving skills with a track record of delivering high-impact results
• Ability to define and drive long-term strategy while balancing immediate operational needs
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Google Sheets, SQL, BI tools)
• Strong experience gathering requirements and partnering with cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to clearly articulate strategy, frameworks, and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives from concept through implementation
• Thrives in ambiguity and can operate effectively in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
