Position Description

The Manager, Partnerships & Impact, will play a crucial role in managing and expanding XPRIZE’s ecosystem of partnerships and impact initiatives. Reporting to the SVP, the ideal candidate will oversee strategic planning, implementation, and assessment of partnerships across up to five prizes. This role demands a rigorous, research-driven approach, utilizing advanced methodologies and measurement tools to comprehensively assess the impact of competitions. The candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing robust data analysis frameworks that not only quantify outcomes but also ensure strategic alignment with XPRIZE’s mission and long-term goals.

Competencies Required for This Role

The anticipated base salary for this position is $100,000 to $115,000 and may also qualify for an annualincentive. This role is eligible for our extensive benefits package and generous paid time offincluding vacation, sick, and holidays. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors including the qualifications of the individual applicant, years of relevant experience for therole, level of education attained, and certifications and/or other licenses held. XPRIZE is a remote-first environment. All employees must be authorized to work in the United States and work from within the United States full-time.
