About the Role
We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Operations & Support Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations, stability, and support of all SIOP/SIOE digital products. This role ensures optimal system performance, drives efficient incident management, and leads continuous improvement across support processes, while also providing leadership and guidance to regional support teams.
What You Will Do
Lead daily operations and support for SIOP/SIOE applications, ensuring system stability and performance
Manage incident triage, resolution, communication, and root‑cause analysis
Oversee support processes, SLAs, and stakeholder communication
Coordinate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects and enhancements
Drive continuous improvement in support processes, documentation, and monitoring
Mentor and guide regional support leads in Hungary and Mexico
Partner with Product Owners to ensure a smooth handoff from development to operations
Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post‑release validation
Maintain operational readiness, including monitoring, alerts, and support documentation
This position is part of Digital- SIOP family reports to Director – SIOP. This position will have any direct reports.
What You Need to Be Successful
12–15 years of total SAP experience, including 10+ years of hands‑on SAP IBP experience
Strong experience in SAP IBP modules, especially Demand, Supply, and Inventory
Proficiency in integrating SAP IBP with ECC and/or S/4HANA using CPI‑DS, SDI, or CI‑DS
In‑depth understanding of Supply Chain Planning processes, including forecasting, capacity planning, and inventory optimization
Ability to configure planning areas, key figures, attributes, time profiles, and master data
Hands‑on experience with IBP Excel UI and Fiori Launchpad
Experience in application support and operations management
Strong problem‑solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills, including incident management
Ability to lead and mentor distributed support teams across regions
Familiarity with enterprise applications, system integrations, and support processes
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Bonus Points If You Have
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Computer Science, or a related field
SAP IBP Certification
Exposure to SAP APO, SNP, BW, or other legacy planning tools
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Experience in manufacturing, automotive, or CPG domains
Knowledge of data modelling, analytics, or reporting within IBP
What Makes You Eligible
This position requires up to 20% of travel.
Be willing to work in Bangalore, INDIA.
Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with client time zones
This position operates within the standard 9-to-5 working hours adjusted to the client's time zone. However, these hours are subject to modification based on evolving project needs
