Job Description:
• Establishing and executing the vision, strategy, and delivery model for professional services across the Americas region.
• Ensures alignment with global operational strategy while driving client satisfaction, operational excellence, financial performance, and scalable growth.
• Oversee service delivery, client engagement, financial performance, talent development, and continuous improvement across the region.
• Work with the COO to establish a clear vision, strategy, and professional services delivery model for the Americas region.
• Lead the implementation of standardized, scalable, and efficient professional services processes.
• Identify and mentor executive sponsors for key client engagements to establish and maintain long-term strategic client partnerships.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field required.
• Master’s degree (MBA, MS, or equivalent) is strongly preferred.
• More than five years of progressive leadership experience in Professional Services or regulated consulting environments.
• Proven experience leading global service organizations with P&L responsibility.
• Experience operating in regulated industries and managing complex, multi-region programs.
• Demonstrated success building high-performing leadership teams and succession pipelines.
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
