Holmes US is an international design firm specializing in structural and fire protection engineering consulting. They are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing team through proposals, content creation, and maintaining client relationships.
Responsibilities
- Support the marketing team across proposals, submissions, and pursuit efforts
- Create and maintain content for collateral, the website, and digital platforms
- Craft compelling narratives that convey the value of Holmes' projects and people
- Uphold brand guidelines through consistent, high-quality content creation
- Attend site visits, conduct marketing research, and assist with presentation preparation
- Coordinate meetings, correspondence, and other administrative functions that keep the team humming
- Maybe even pick up some Māori words from our Kiwi colleagues!
Skills
- A Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
- Strong writing and editing skills with a sharp eye for design
- Solid skills in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, Excel)
- Great organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking a sweat
- A collaborative spirit - you work well with people at all levels of an organization
- Some experience in an AEC firm is a big plus but not required
- Photography or videography skills and social media experience? Even better!
