I founded Beyond Pain (www.martinunderwood.com) to provide practical, evidence-based strategies that empower people to move with ease and comfort. I also offer consultancy, training, and workshops for individuals and organisations looking to bridge the gap between physical health, emotional well-being, and pain management. My work integrates the Alexander Technique, mindfulness, and pain science to help people who have "tried it all" but still struggle.

Contract: 12 to 18 months (flexible), P/T 2 days a week

Requirements

• Develop and execute creative content strategies to generate leads, increase engagement, and establish Reframing Pain as a leader in the field.
• Create diverse content—including videos, blog posts, guides, ebooks, webinars, case studies, and social media campaigns.
• Help build a compelling and functional website.
• Manage social media, email marketing, and digital outreach to expand our reach.
• Build and nurture relationships with industry professionals for collaborations.
• Track content performance, report on key metrics, and adjust strategies for maximum impact.

• As a small and growing business, flexibility is key. You’ll have the chance to get hands-on with different aspects of marketing, product development, and operational strategy.
• If you love problem-solving and wearing multiple hats, this role will provide diverse learning opportunities.
