Key responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities, but not limited to:
- Plan, execute and track marketing projects such as content marketing, email marketing and social media marketing
- Develop and initiate marketing and promotional campaigns, ensuring alignment with business goals
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize marketing strategies and efforts
- Monitor market trends and actively engage with social communities to enhance brand presence and manage sentiment
- Ensure all marketing materials are of high quality and delivered on time across various digital channels
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, partners, and media agencies
- Develop tracking and monitoring systems to ensure KPIs are met, analyzing data to inform future strategies
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the fintech or financial services industry
- Strong understanding of various marketing platforms, channels, SEO, CRM software and best practices
- Proven experience in managing successful marketing campaigns and projects across different media
- Excellent analytical skills to evaluate metrics and create insightful reports
- Strong creativity and the ability to think outside the box for marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively convey ideas and strategies
