About the role We are looking for a commercially driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute the marketing strategy across the European market. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketing professional who enjoys building marketing initiatives from the ground up while working closely with sales, leadership, and dealer partners. You'll be responsible for strengthening the company's brand presence, creating compelling marketing content, supporting sales growth, and managing digital marketing initiatives across multiple European markets.   What you'll do Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy for CAS Auto GmbH Build and maintain a strong and consistent brand identity across all marketing channels Create and manage marketing content in English and German, including blogs, newsletters, dealer communications, and market updates Own the social media strategy, primarily on LinkedIn, while expanding digital presence across relevant platforms Plan and maintain a content calendar aligned with business goals and inventory priorities Collaborate closely with the Sales team to develop high-quality sales enablement materials, including brochures, presentations, spec sheets, newsletters, and dealer collateral Manage and update website content while supporting SEO initiatives and lead generation efforts Monitor marketing performance and provide reporting with actionable insights Coordinate participation in automotive trade shows, dealer meetings, and industry events across Europe Support marketing logistics, promotional materials, and event branding Identify opportunities to improve brand awareness, dealer engagement, and commercial growth What we're looking for Strong communication skills in English and German are a MUST Marketing Experience 3–6 years of experience in B2B marketing Experience developing and executing integrated marketing strategies Strong content creation and copywriting skills Experience managing brand identity across multiple marketing channels Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities Content & Brand Management Experience creating marketing content, newsletters, blogs, brochures, presentations, and dealer communications Strong understanding of brand consistency and messaging Excellent written communication skills Ability to adapt content for multiple European audiences Digital Marketing Strong experience with: LinkedIn marketing Social media management Content scheduling tools Marketing analytics Website content management SEO best practices CMS platforms (WordPress, Payload CMS, HubSpot, or similar) Sales Enablement Experience partnering with sales teams Ability to develop professional marketing collateral Experience creating presentations, brochures, product sheets, and newsletters Strong attention to visual quality and messaging Project Management Strong organizational and project management skills Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment Collaboration Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Leadership, and external partners Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to support commercial growth through marketing initiatives   Nice to have Experience in the automotive, fleet, or wholesale vehicle industry Additional European language proficiency (French, Spanish, Italian, Polish, Dutch, or Czech) Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM and marketing automation platforms Basic graphic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite Experience coordinating events or trade shows Experience working within international or multi-brand organizations   What do we offer? 🪙 Really competitive USD Salary 🌎 Fully remote opportunity within the European Union 🚀 Ownership of the marketing strategy for a growing European business 🤝 Close collaboration with Sales and executive leadership 📈 Opportunity to build marketing initiatives from the ground up 🚗 Exposure to the European automotive industry and international dealer network 🔥 A collaborative, entrepreneurial environment with plenty of autonomy and room for growth
