Job Description:
• Build, test, and deploy targeted email campaigns in support of new logo acquisition
• Support direct mail and gifting initiatives that complement outreach and nurture motions for high‑value prospects
• Set up, test, and execute webinars, partnering closely with stakeholders
• Champions campaign related processes within the team, including Asana usage, naming schemes, and template maintenance
• Partner with our events and partnerships team to execute campaign support for field marketing endeavors
• Draft prospect‑focused newsletters and email roundups that highlight relevant content, offers, and events to engage our audience
• Publish and promote marketing assets that support new logo acquisition campaigns
• Monitor key email and campaign performance metrics and recommend test plans to continuously improve results
• Document and share experiment results and learnings to help uplevel acquisition performance
Requirements:
• 2–4 years of experience in a marketing role; B2B SaaS or demand generation experience is a major asset
• Demonstrated experience supporting demand generation campaigns that generate qualified leads, build pipeline, and drive new customer acquisition
• Proven email marketing expertise, including building and launching campaigns, list segmentation, A/B testing, and performance analysis
• Strong content creation skills, with the ability to write clear, concise, on‑brand copy for email and landing pages tailored to prospect audiences
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, testing roadmaps, and deadlines effectively
• Tech‑savvy marketer comfortable with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), and webinar platforms (Zoom)
• A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
