We’re looking for a creative, innovative, and idea-driven Marketing Strategist who can drive strategy, lead conversations, and create momentum across client accounts. This role is responsible for developing and owning marketing strategies, guiding execution, and ensuring campaigns deliver real results.
You’ll work closely with coordinators, designers, and leadership to turn imaginative, visionary (yet practical) ideas into action and push both clients and internal teams forward.

What You’ll Do
Develop and own comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with client goals
Lead client meetings and confidently guide strategic direction and decisions
Create targeted campaigns to attract and retain customers across multiple channels
Define what success looks like for each campaign and identify how performance will be measured
Analyze campaign performance and use insights to adjust strategy and improve results
Develop, manage, and adjust marketing budgets based on performance and goals
Oversee execution of campaigns and ensure alignment with strategy
Drive accountability across internal teams to ensure deadlines and deliverables are met
Identify opportunities for growth, revenue, and improved performance
Collaborate with leadership and sales to align messaging and business goals
Track results and use insights to improve future strategies
Stay up to date on trends and bring curious, observant, and innovative thinking to client strategies
Take ownership of client success and overall account performance

What Success Looks Like (KPIs)
Maintain client satisfaction and retention across accounts
Lead client strategy calls with clear agendas, next steps, and follow-ups within 24 hours
Deliver strategic recommendations in client meetings (not just reporting)
Develop and present quarterly marketing strategies for assigned clients
Ensure campaigns align with defined strategic goals and KPIs
Demonstrate data-backed strategic pivots
Contribute new strategic ideas or campaign concepts per quarter
Provide monthly performance reports with actionable insights for clients
Improve campaign performance quarter-over-quarter (CTR, conversion rate, CPA, etc.)
Utilize analytics tools (GA4, etc.) to inform major campaign decisions
Generate new campaign ideas, tests, or creative concepts per the 90-day strategy plan
Lead or contribute to quarterly brainstorming/ideation sessions
What We’re Looking For
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven experience developing and leading marketing strategies across multiple clients or campaigns
Experience owning results and making strategic decisions, not just executing tasks
Strong understanding of marketing strategy, campaigns, and performance analysis
Experience with web analytics tools and data-informed decision making
Ability to identify key performance indicators and measure success across campaigns
Experience creating, managing, and optimizing marketing budgets across campaigns
Ability to allocate budget across channels and adjust strategy based on performance and ROI

Strong ability to think conceptually and connect ideas to execution
Confidence leading client conversations and guiding direction

Full-time, Standard working hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Central Time (CT), Monday through Friday.
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 (based on experience)
