Position Overview
careerzynith is seeking a highly competent Denial Management, Pre‑Registration, Authorization, and PFCC Specialist who will also serve as a Quality Assurance Trainer for our medical billing department. In this dual‑role, you will be responsible for managing end‑to‑end revenue cycle processes, ensuring accurate claim submissions, and delivering top‑tier training to new and existing team members. Essential Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 + years experience in denial management, accounts receivable collection, pre‑registration, or authorization within the U.S. healthcare environment.

- Strong knowledge of denial management processes, pre‑registration, authorization, and PFCC (Patient‑First Care Coordination).
- Thorough understanding of healthcare industry terminology, billing cycles, and reimbursement mechanisms for both government and commercial payers.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
