We are looking for a licensed mental health professional to join our team as an independent contractor providing virtual clinical services. This is a flexible, part-time engagement — ideal for clinicians seeking meaningful work that fits around an existing practice or other commitments. You will conduct remote assessments, participate in clinical review, and /or provide supervision support to our care team.
What You’ll Do
∙* Conduct virtual intake assessments and diagnostic evaluations, applying ICD-10 coding standards for accurate documentation*
∙* Perform clinical record reviews and provide written or verbal feedback to support care quality and compliance*
∙* Collaborate asynchronously or via scheduled video meetings with our broader clinical team*
∙* Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant documentation within our electronic health record system*
∙* Flag clinical concerns, safety issues, or complex cases requiring escalated review*
What We’re Looking For
∙* Active, unrestricted licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT in good standing, new grads welcome*
∙* Comfort conducting assessments and clinical work entirely via telehealth*
∙* Familiarity with ICD-10 diagnostic criteria and mental health documentation standards*
∙* Experience providing clinical supervision is a plus, but not required*
∙* Strong written communication skills — timely, clear documentation is essential*
∙* Self-directed and reliable; able to manage a flexible caseload independently*
Engagement Details
This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Hours are flexible and estimated at 5–15 per week, with no set shift requirement. Work is completed remotely using our secure telehealth and EHR platforms.
