What You Will Do
Conduct individual therapy sessions, complete assessments and treatment plans, provide crisis intervention, and maintain accurate documentation. Collaborate with healthcare providers and community resources to ensure comprehensive care.

Requirements
- Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field
- Valid licensure as a mental health professional or associate (LCSW, LPC, or equivalent) in Oregon
- Compassion and ability to work with diverse patient populations
- Ability to work remotely with a dedicated, private workspace
