Job Description:
• Own and manage assigned mid-market accounts and territory
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities
• Drive upsell, cross-sell, services, and renewal revenue
• Build strong customer relationships measured by customer satisfaction, referenceability, and growth in annual recurring revenue (ARR)
• Collaborate closely with internal teams in a virtual selling model
• Travel 20–35% for on-site meetings with customers, prospects, and partners
Requirements:
• 3+ years of successful inside sales experience in the IT or application software market
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas
• Experience managing deals with an average size of $10K+
• Success in a fast-paced, competitive, consultative sales environment
• Experience selling to Plant Managers, Quality Managers, Operations Leaders, Manufacturing Engineers, or Directors/VPs of Operations preferred
• Experience selling manufacturing, MES, PLM, quality management, industrial software, or related solutions preferred
• Experience with Business Intelligence, Statistical Analytics, SPC, Continuous Improvement, or Operational Excellence initiatives is a plus
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Associate or Technical College degrees considered
