Position Overview
We are seeking a driven Moving Consultant to guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to completed booking. This role blends sales skills with coordination and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
• Handling inbound and outbound phone calls with customers.
• Respond to leads and convert them into booked jobs
• Conduct needs assessments and provide accurate quotes
• Coordinate move details and logistics with customers
• Build strong relationships to ensure a smooth customer experience
• Track sales activity and meet performance goals
• Collaborate with operations to ensure successful execution
• Maintain a clean and organized pipeline
• Build relationships with referral partners
Qualifications
• Proven sales or customer service experience
• Strong closing and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage multiple clients and timelines
• Experience in moving/logistics (preferred but not required)
