Multi-Site Construction Manager – Structures

Job Description: • Plan, direct, and manage all phases of temporary structure construction projects, from design through completion. • Supervise and train multiple supervisors and remote field crews, ensuring accountability and adherence to safety and quality standards. • Develop and monitor project budgets, implementing cost control measures to maximize efficiency and profitability. • Coordinate logistics, including crew travel, equipment, and material sourcing, to support seamless project execution. • Communicate with sales, clients, engineers, and vendors to define project scope, resolve issues, and deliver tailored solutions. • Conduct regular site visits (25% travel, approximately one week per month) and utilize project management tools for remote oversight. • Additional travel as required. • Enforce safety regulations, report incidents thoroughly, and promote a safe work environment. • Prepare schedules, reports, and documentation to track performance, mitigate risks, and ensure timely administrative tasks. • Build relationships with key clients, vendors, and industry professionals to support project success and company growth. • Facilitate training in safe equipment operation (e.g., forklifts, man-lifts) and maintain vehicles in safe condition. • Analyze and resolve operational challenges to optimize team performance. • Conduct staff meetings to align teams and share updates. • Network with industry and local business communities. • Perform additional duties as assigned by management. Requirements: • Proven experience as a Construction Manager, preferably with temporary structures or similar projects. • Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. • Ability to manage budgets, prioritize problems, and implement effective solutions. • Excellent communication and leadership skills to motivate teams and maintain client relationships. • Valid driver’s license, ability to pass a company drug screen, and obtain a TWIC Card. • Full range of motion, dexterity, and professional appearance. • Proficiency in project management software for remote monitoring and reporting. • Management-level experience and computer knowledge. • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (not required but preferred).
