SummaryWorks under the general direction of the designated Manager and is responsible for prepared food and beverage services in a catering/restaurant and bar and/or snack bar/fast food operation. The primary purpose of this position is to oversee the day to day operation of the assigned facilities, including: Food, beverage and entertainment operations on the Island, 8mm site TV system, gyms, gear rental, fitness center, a four lane bowling center, single sailor center, tennis court, racquetball court, and a softball field. Responsible for staffing, customer service awareness, proper preparation of food, requisitioning merchandise, ensuring adequate stock levels, sufficient marketing and promotion of services, entertainment and promotion scheduled for the club, maintenance and security of inventory, participating in periodic inventories, the financial status of the club, preparing budgets, cash accountability, and preparation of reports.
