Job Summary:
Schedule Requirements:
Must be available to work Friday and Saturday
Must be available for 2–3 evening shifts per week
Evening shifts needed: 1:00-9:00 PM, 2:00 PM-10:00 PM, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM, or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM (ALL IN CST)
Essential Responsibilities
Answering inbound customer chat messages and texts and making outbound calls, emails, and texts
Using low-pressure consultative sales strategies to address customer needs
Follow-up with customers to ensure all problems were properly resolved
Close sales and achieve quotas
Understand customer needs and requirements
Complete all required training modules and certifications prior to the due date
Ensure all safety policies and procedures are followed to ensure a safe work environment for all
Communicate professionally with all internal and external contacts
Follow all Company policies and execute Company standards on appearance and functionality as well as appropriate brand representation
Communicate any concerns or issues to leadership to ensure proper efficiency of department and company operations
Non-Essential Responsibilities
Executes company initiatives and other activities requested by supervisor
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities
Contributes ideas on ways to optimize or improve the team, the department, and the Company
Education
High School diploma or equivalent required
Professional Experience
1+ Years Sales or call center experience required
1+ Years Experience in a sales and client-facing role required And
1+ Years Experience in achieving/exceeding sales goals preferred
