Key Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries via live chat, addressing questions, issues, and concerns related to Netflix services.
• Provide accurate, timely, and friendly customer support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Assist customers with account management, technical issues, and troubleshooting.
• Process refunds, cancellations, and other requests as needed.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of Netflix products, services, and features to provide expert guidance.
• Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex issues and improve customer support processes.
• Document and track customer interactions, following up as necessary.
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent required (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Strong communication skills, especially in written format, with a focus on clarity and professionalism.
• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or remote environment.
• Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of customer interactions.
• Comfortable using customer service software and tools.
• A positive attitude and strong problem-solving abilities.
