Network Infrastructure Solutions Architect (Remote/Flexible)
Application Deadline: 13 July 2026
Department: Operations
Employment Type: Permanent
Location: UK
Description
This is a pivotal opportunity for a Network Infrastructure Solution Architect to join us at a defining moment in our transformation. As we reshape our operating model, this newly created role replaces legacy structures to establish a more strategic, future focused approach to infrastructure architecture. You will take ownership of infrastructure as a distinct and critical domain, ensuring it is designed, integrated, and evolved to support long term business ambition.
You will play a central role in reducing dependency on external vendors by building strong internal capability to maintain, develop, and innovate our infrastructure. As we complete major deployments and move into the next phase of maturity, your expertise will enable us to operate more independently, reduce cost, and strengthen resilience. You will work across key integration points, connecting network, IT, and operational domains to deliver a cohesive and scalable architecture.
This role offers a rare opportunity to shape how infrastructure is owned and delivered across the organisation. Your impact will be tangible, from lowering third party costs and improving efficiency, to strengthening our ability to respond to future challenges. For you, this is a chance to step into a truly strategic position, deepen your architectural influence, and leave a lasting mark on how we operate and grow.
JT is committed to building a diverse and inclusive working environment and JT Family. We will ensure that all individuals are provided reasonable accommodation to participate in job applications, interviews, onboarding processes and beyond. Should you require any support or assistance in making your application, please contact us at [email protected].

Our main priority is colleague wellbeing, and we hope this offers greater opportunity for a work life balance. We aim to offer this approach to all colleagues across the business, but we recognise that there are certain roles that will need to work in a specific way due to their nature, such as our colleagues working in engineering, our contact centres and our retail outlets. We are actively working with our management teams to increase flexibility wherever we can.
