Field Nurse Case Manager (RN) – Workers’ Compensation (1099 Contractor)
Myrtle Beach, SC & Surrounding Areas (Remote w/ Local Travel – No Residency Required)

Leverage your clinical expertise in a consultative role where you guide care, not provide it. As a Field Nurse Case Manager, you’ll ensure injured workers receive appropriate, cost-effective treatment while supporting safe, timely return-to-work outcomes.

Responsibilities
• Coordinate and manage medical care for injured workers
• Collaborate with providers, employers, attorneys, and insurance carriers
• Assess treatment plans for medical necessity and efficiency
• Attend appointments and deliver timely, detailed reports
• Coordinate IMEs and perform job site evaluations
• Support return-to-work planning and progress
Requirements
• Active RN license
• 3+ years of Field Nurse Case Management experience in Workers’ Compensation
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and using technology
• Reliable transportation for travel within Myrtle Beach and surrounding areas
• Malpractice/liability insurance (or ability to obtain)
Nice-to-haves
• Bilingual a plus
