The Role We are seeking a passionate Occupational Therapist (OT) who thrives on seeing real-world progress. You will play a vital role in empowering independence for adult and senior populations through: • Meaningful Assessments: Evaluating functional abilities and ADLs in a natural environment to create practical treatment plans. • Creative Interventions: Using evidence-based techniques to address neurological, musculoskeletal, and age-related challenges. • Home Innovation: Identifying and implementing home modifications and adaptive tools to improve safety and accessibility. • Family Partnership: Acting as a bridge for families, providing the education and resources necessary to support their loved ones.
