Overview
We are seeking a motivated Engineering Account Executive to drive growth within the Aerospace and Automotive (OEM) sectors. This role is ideal for a consultative sales professional who excels at solving complex engineering workforce challenges and building long-term client partnerships.
You will work closely with engineering leaders to deliver customized workforce solutions, including project-based (SOW) engagements, contract staffing, and direct hire services.
Key Responsibilities
• Drive new business and expand existing accounts within the Aerospace and Automotive engineering verticals
• Identify client needs and deliver tailored engineering workforce solutions (SOW, contract, temp-to-hire, direct hire)
• Initiate and lead meetings with engineering leaders, executives, and decision-makers
• Leverage data, research, and industry insights to provide strategic value and establish trusted partnerships
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders
• Qualify opportunities and secure commitments from leadership-level contacts (Directors, Managers, Executives)
• Collaborate closely with engineering recruiting teams to deliver high-quality talent solutions
• Maintain high levels of activity, accountability, and performance to achieve revenue goals
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree preferred (not required)
• 2+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within:
• Engineering services
• Staffing / workforce solutions
• Aerospace, Automotive, or OEM industries
• Strong consultative and solution-oriented sales approach
• Proven ability to build and manage long-term client relationships
• Ability to navigate complex organizations and engage multiple stakeholders
• Passion for solving engineering workforce challenges and delivering impactful solutions
