• Role Responsibilities
• Oversee office infrastructure including facilities, logistics, and vendor management.
• Coordinate setup and maintenance of onsite IT systems, networks, and AV equipment.
• Manage vendor relationships including sourcing, negotiation, and performance monitoring.
• Handle security systems, access control, and onsite operational protocols.
• Enable seamless hybrid collaboration through optimized conference and AV setups.
• Manage logistics including deliveries, inventory, and supply chain operations.
• Support operational continuity through incident response and preparedness planning.
• Requirements
• Strong experience in office operations, facilities, or logistics management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Technical understanding of IT setup, networks, and troubleshooting basics.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple systems.
• Experience with vendor management and operational workflows.
• Familiarity with security systems and hybrid workplace environments.
• Ability to operate independently in a remote setup with occasional onsite coordination.
