Operations Specialist, Omnichannel Marketing
Contract duration through September 30 - potential to extend
Estimated 20–30 hours per week
Remote - EST hours
Responsibilities:
• Partner closely with the lead stakeholder to support omnichannel strategy development and execution
• Translate brand strategy into structured customer engagement frameworks, journeys, and messaging approaches
• Prepare materials, analyses, and recommendations to enable effective lead stakeholder–driven discussions with stakeholders
• Support internal alignment across cross-functional partners (Analytics, IT, Veeva SMEs, and FSO)
• Leverage data and insights to inform strategy and identify optimization opportunities
• Support decision engine/orchestration efforts by connecting strategic intent to execution readiness
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities to improve efficiency and impact
Qualifications:
• 3–5+ years of experience in omnichannel, digital marketing, CRM, or customer engagement strategy
• Experience in pharma/healthcare and working within matrixed organizations
• Strong ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable outputs
• Experience with analytics, customer journeys, and orchestration/decision engines
