Phi International, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Online Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing real-time assistance to customers through our online chat platform, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Responsibilities
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via online chat.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and policies.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them as necessary.
• Document customer interactions and maintain detailed records of chats.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns.
• Adhere to company policies and guidelines in all communications.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
• Prior experience in online chat support, customer service, or related roles preferred.
• Exceptional written communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and work independently in a remote setting.
• Proficient with chat platforms, CRM software, and basic computer skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-centric mindset.
