ABOUT THE CENTER

The Center for Biological Diversity, a national 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, believes the welfare of human beings is deeply linked to nature — to the existence of a vast diversity of wild animals, plants and people. Because diversity has intrinsic value, and because its loss impoverishes society, we work to secure a future for all species, great and small, hovering on the brink of extinction. We do so through science, law, activism and creative media, with a focus on protecting the lands, waters and climate that humans, other species and all communities need to survive and thrive.

We want those who come after us to inherit a world where the wild is still alive.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Online Membership Associate (Paid Ads Specialist) plays an integral role in growing the Center’s online membership base and donations by helping manage the paid digital systems that get high-performing content in front of new and existing audiences. This position will support paid advertising execution, budget pacing, campaign setup, reporting, channel expansion, and distribution workflows across multiple digital platforms. In addition to campaign operations, this role will provide content production support for paid and organic digital campaigns, including light graphic creation, video formatting, asset versioning, and platform-specific creative adjustments. The ideal candidate should have a passion for saving wildlife and wild places; experience with digital advertising platforms; strong organizational and analytical skills; and the ability to support creative production needs that help scale mission-driven content. This position reports directly to the Senior Online Membership Associate.
