Job Summary
• SysTechCare Support is hiring warm, energetic, and tech-comfortable female early-childhood educators to deliver joyful, structured online preschool classes to children aged 3–6. You will plan and run live virtual sessions, create age-appropriate learning resources, partner closely with parents, and track each childs progress using simple digital tools. If you are a B.Ed or Montessori-certified teacher who loves stories, songs, phonics, and play-based learning—and you are excited to teach from home—this role is for you!
• Key Responsibilities
• * Conduct engaging live online classes (phonics, numeracy, EVS, rhymes, story time, gross/fine motor activities, social-emotional learning).
• * Design weekly/monthly lesson plans aligned with early childhood learning outcomes (NEP/EYFS/Montessori principles, as applicable).
• * Create and share digital worksheets/activities that are simple for parents to facilitate at home.
• * Continuously assess and document child progress; prepare brief progress notes and report cards.
• * Communicate proactively with parents (class reminders, progress feedback, home-practice tips).
• * Maintain a safe, inclusive, and joyful virtual classroom, managing screen-time attention spans with interactive strategies.
• * Use LMS/video platforms (Zoom/Google Meet/Classroom, etc.) to schedule, record attendance, and store materials.
• * Participate in internal trainings, demo classes, and calibration sessions to maintain instructional quality.
• * Support extracurricular events online (show & tell, festivals, theme days).
• * Adhere to data privacy, safeguarding, and child protection guidelines.
• Required Skills and Qualifications
• * Female candidates only, holding B.Ed / Montessori / NTT / ECCEd (or equivalent Early Childhood Education certification).
• * Strong command of English (additional regional language proficiency is a plus).
• * Proven online facilitation skills—comfortable using webcams, digital whiteboards, breakout rooms, polls, etc.
• * Excellent communication, empathy, and patience with young learners and parents.
• * Ability to convert play-based pedagogy into virtual-friendly, bite-sized activities.
• * Basic content creation skills (PowerPoint, Google Slides, Canva, PDFs, short videos).
• * Reliable laptop/desktop, webcam, headset, and high-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps recommended).
• Experience
• * 1–5 years of teaching experience in Preschool / Early Years is preferred.
• * Freshers with robust teaching practice/internship experience and strong Montessori/ECE fundamentals may also be considered.
• * Prior online teaching exposure is highly desirable.
• Working Hours
• * Primary teaching blocks: Typically Monday–Saturday, with 2–4 hour live class windows (e.g., 9:00 AM–1:00 PM IST or 2:00 PM–6:00 PM IST) plus preparation, parent connect, and documentation time.
• * Flexible / part-time shifts may be available based on batch allocation.
• * Occasional evening demo classes or parent orientations may be required with prior notice.
• Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
• * Early Childhood frameworks: Montessori materials & method, phonics systems (Jolly/Letterland), fine & gross motor development, early numeracy concepts.
• * Child-centric differentiation: Ability to adapt pace, content, and interaction style for mixed-ability groups.
• * Behavior & engagement management in a virtual setup (movement breaks, visual cues, routine-building).
• * Assessment literacy: Observational checklists, anecdotal records, and developmental milestones tracking.
• * Tech readiness: Zoom/Google Meet, Google Workspace/MS Office, basic LMS tools, digital whiteboards.
