Key Responsibilities
Document Reception & Distribution
- Receive, open, sort, and prepare all incoming paper and electronic documents for processing.
- Photocopy, scan, and image documents according to established standards, ensuring legibility and compliance.
- Distribute outgoing correspondence to internal teams, external partners, and members in a timely manner.
Data Entry & Validation
- Enter pertinent claims and enrollment information from source documents into the careerzynith workflow platform (WorkFront).
- Validate data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency; flag discrepancies for resolution.
- Perform routine data‑quality checks and corrective actions to maintain high‑quality standards.
Workflow Management & Reporting
- Process documents through the required workflow system, adhering to departmental production and quality benchmarks.
- Update WorkFront with status changes, notes, and any required follow‑up actions.
- Communicate findings, exceptions, and status updates to supervisors and cross‑functional teams.
Collaboration & Support
- Assist teammates—both in‑office and remote—with workload spikes, special projects, or process improvements.
- Participate in cross‑training initiatives to broaden skill sets and enhance team resilience.

Essential Qualifications
