We are looking for an experienced, highly organized Operations & Sales Manager to join a growing US-based logistics and parking operations company.
This is a fast-paced remote role for someone who knows how to manage people, handle operations, solve problems quickly, and confidently communicate with both business clients and drivers.
You will oversee daily sales activities, support operational performance, help maintain customer relationships, and ensure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.

What You’ll Be Doing
Managing and supporting the sales team
Monitoring daily sales and operational performance
Following up on leads and customer inquiries
Helping oversee invoicing and payment collection processes
Building strong relationships with business clients and partners
Ensuring operational organization and reporting accuracy
Reviewing occupancy, revenue, and operational reporting
Supporting customer service quality and issue resolution
Coordinating across multiple moving parts in a remote environment
Remote Requirements
Reliable high-speed wired fibre internet connection
Quiet and professional work environment
Windows 11 computer or laptop with a minimum of 16 GB RAM, suitable for full-time remote work
Headset, dual monitors, and webcam

Ability to work full-time hours aligned with US operations

What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in operations management, sales management, logistics, or similar roles
Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
Previous remote work experience
Experience managing or supervising a team
Comfortable handling outbound communication and customer interactions
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience with CRM systems, invoicing tools, or reporting platforms
Ability to work independently and stay proactive without constant supervision
Professional, solutions-focused mindset
Nice To Have
Experience in logistics, transportation, trucking, fleet operations, or industrial real estate
Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM systems
