Role: Oracle Fusion HCM Solution Architect (Payroll & Benefits)
Location: Remote
Key Skills & Experience:
• 7+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion HCM with a strong focus on Payroll and Benefits implementations.
• Strong functional expertise in:
• Oracle Fusion Payroll (US)
• 401(k) configuration and processing
• Retro payroll and payroll adjustments
• Leave of Absence (LOA)
• Payroll Costing setup
• Absence Management
• Core HR
• Oracle Fusion Benefits
• Proven experience in payroll process review, optimization, and redesign.
• Strong understanding of US payroll compliance, controls, and audit requirements.
• Experience integrating with third-party benefits and 401(k) providers.
• Experience with payroll reconciliation, reporting, and dashboards.
• Exposure to payroll transformation or standardization initiatives.
• Expertise in Benefits configuration, including:
• Benefit plans, programs, life events, and rates
• US Benefits domain knowledge
• Experience handling:
• Multi-vendor benefits environments
• Complex eligibility and deduction scenarios
• Ability to work independently, owning requirements gathering, solution design, and implementation.
• Strong experience working directly with business stakeholders and translating business requirements into functional solutions.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
