We are currently looking for a Oracle QA Engineer, to become a valuable addition to our dynamic team!
Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute comprehensive test strategies, test plans, and test cases for Oracle applications (ERP Cloud or EBS).
• Validate system functionality against business, functional, and technical requirements.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across Oracle modules.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and business users to define test scenarios and acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper resolution and retesting.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by coordinating test activities and assisting business stakeholders.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Maintain and update test documentation, including test scripts, test data, and execution reports.
• Participate in release validation and ensure quality standards are met prior to production deployment.
• Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous improvement of QA processes.
Qualifications:
• 4–6+ years of experience in software testing, specifically within Oracle ERP environments (Cloud or EBS).
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, testing lifecycle, and defect management processes.
• Experience with test management and defect tracking tools ( JIRA, HP ALM).
• Familiarity with Oracle modules such as Financials, SCM, HCM, or Procurement.
• Ability to understand business processes and validate them within Oracle systems.
• Basic knowledge of SQL for data validation and testing purposes.
• Experience with test automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Advanced English proficiency skills (C1) required.
• Must have experience working for US clients.
