Dentalrobot is hiring outbound sales reps to sell FrontDeskDialer, a software platform that helps medical and dental practices recover missed calls, reduce no-shows, and automate patient communication. You'll prospect and close independent practices and small groups, owning the full sales cycle from first call to signed contract.
This is a commission-only, 1099 independent-contractor role. There is no base salary; your earnings are tied directly to the accounts you close, including recurring commission on active subscriptions.
What you'll do
· Generate your own pipeline through cold calls, email, and outreach to dental and medical offices
· Run product demos that connect FrontDeskDialer to each practice's pain points
· Manage the full sales cycle and close new accounts
· Track activity and pipeline in our CRM
What you'll need
· B2B/outbound sales experience, ideally selling into healthcare, dental, or SaaS
· Comfort with high-volume cold outreach and self-sourced leads
· Strong phone skills and the ability to reach owners and office managers
· A self-starter who works well without daily oversight
· Existing dental/medical relationships are a plus
Compensation
· Commission-only (no base salary)
· $50 for every office signed as commission per closed account, plus 30% recurring commission on the monthly amount paid by the customer while the account stays active
