Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Paid Search Specialist who thrives on building and optimizing Google Ads campaigns that generate high-quality B2B leads across international markets. You'll play a key role in scaling our global candidate acquisition engine by owning high-intent Google Search campaigns while collaborating closely with our Creative and Growth teams to continuously improve performance.

What You Will Do

Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads (Paid Search) campaigns while supporting paid media initiatives across Meta and LinkedIn. Own keyword strategy, bidding strategies, match types, and search intent optimization to drive high-quality candidate acquisition.
