**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Part-time Chat Specialist to join our team in College Station, TX. As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for engaging with customers via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review. **Responsibilities**
* Handle a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate and timely responses to meet customer needs
* Provide detailed information about products and services, including features, benefits, and pricing
* Narrow down on appointment information to schedule appointments and ensure seamless customer experiences
* Develop and maintain a comprehensive knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments
* Capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review, ensuring accurate and secure data management
* Summarize interactions based on customer needs for client review, providing valuable insights and feedback
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
* Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry is preferred but not necessary
* Ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred
* Strong basic internet and window-based computer skills, with experience in online chat platforms and software
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt to different communication styles and preferences
* Positive and professional demeanor, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment, with a willingness to learn and grow with the company
* Gaming experience is preferred, but not required
**Requirements**
* Ability to attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday - Saturday between the hours of 10:00am-6:30pm CST
* Must be able to work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment
* Gaming experience is preferred
